Marc MacDonald

Marc MacDonald

Senior Partner

Marc MacDonald is a Senior Partner and one of the original founders of CM3. He is an MECP Qualified Person and Principal Consultant leading CM3’s Environmental Lands consulting services. With over 25 years of experience as a P.Eng., Marc specializes in site assessments, remediation, and petroleum system engineering. He manages large, complex projects and provides peer review, technical direction, and mentorship for CM3’s environmental lands staff. Marc enjoys golfing, hockey, and spending time on his acreage near Kemptville and at his family cottage near Perth.

Kimberley Hendsbee

Kimberley Hendsbee

Office Manager

Kimberley Hendsbee is CM3’s Office Manager, with over 10 years’ of experience, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. She manages accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, and assists with larger CM3 proposals and marketing efforts. Kim enjoys the outdoors and spending time with friends and family.

Ethan Risk

Ethan Risk

Project Manager

Ethan Risk is a Project Manager for both CM3’s Environmental Health and Safety and Environmental Lands consulting teams. With a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering and 5 years of experience, Ethan is an applicant for Professional Engineers Ontario. He specializes in indoor air quality studies, designated substance surveys, environmental impact assessments, excess soil projects, phased environmental site assessments, and site remediation projects. Ethan manages projects for insurers, developers, property transactions, property managers, and educational facility clients. In his spare time, Ethan enjoys skiing, fishing, and people-watching on a patio.

Taylor Collins

Taylor Collins

Project Manager

Taylor Collins is an Environmental Scientist and Project Manager within CM3’s Environmental Health and Safety consulting team. With over 10 years of experience, Taylor specializes in IAQ studies, designated substance surveys, asbestos surveys, and phased environmental site assessments. He manages projects for insurers, property managers, and educational facility clients. Taylor’s hobbies include golf and hockey, and he is known as CM3’s “ace in the hole” for any hockey or golf tournament.

Rob McGrath

Rob McGrath

Senior Partner

Rob McGrath is a Senior Partner and one of the original founders of CM3. As a Principal Consultant and environmental scientist, Rob specializes in the assessment, remediation, and management of designated substances, including asbestos and mould, with over 30 years’ of experience. He manages large and multi-site projects and provides peer review, technical direction, and mentorship for CM3’s environmental health and safety staff. Rob is an avid hockey fan and enjoys traveling and seeing the world.

Project Manager

Sean Parsons is a Project Manager for CM3’s Environmental Health and Safety and Environmental Lands Consulting Teams. With over 15 years of experience as a Senior Environmental Technician, he specializes in designated substance surveys, asbestos surveys, EIAs, phased environmental site assessments, and site remediation projects. Sean manages projects for insurers, property transactions, property managers, and educational facility clients.

Spencer Cochrane

Spencer Cochrane

Project Manager

Spencer Cochrane is an Environmental Technician and Project Manager with CM3’s Environmental Lands Consulting Team. With over 8 years of experience, Spencer specializes in phased environmental assessments, water sampling, remedial injections, indoor air quality testing, radon assessments, and remediation consulting. He manages projects for insurers, developers, and property management clients. Spencer enjoys the outdoors and spending time on his rural property with his dogs.

Zachery Hynna

Zachery Hynna

Project Manager

Zachery Hynna is a Project Manager for both CM3’s Environmental Health and Safety and Environmental Lands consulting teams with over 2 years’ of experience. As an Environmental Scientist and Environmental Practitioner in training (EPt), Zachery has experience with designated substance surveys, asbestos surveys, EIAs, and IAQ projects. He is pursuing an M.Sc. in Environmental Sustainability at uOttawa and holds certifications in OWES and CEIA. Zachery manages projects for property transactions, property managers, and educational facility clients. His passions include skiing, traveling, and dining.

Richard Pope

Richard Pope

Senior Partner

Richard Pope is a Senior Partner and Principal Consultant specializing in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) consulting services. As CM3’s Corporate Health and Safety Officer, Richard brings over 15 years of experience in assessing and managing designated substances, indoor air quality, mould, and occupational hygiene. He holds a B.Sc. in Occupational Safety and Health and manages large, complex projects while mentoring and directing several EHS staff. Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with friends and family and has a passion for golf.

Bruce Cochrane

Managing Partner

Bruce Cochrane is one of the original founders and the Managing Partner at CM3. As a Qualified Person/Senior Technical Resource for Environmental Lands consulting, Bruce is a P.Geo with over 35 years’ of experience specializing in site assessments and remediation. He provides strategic direction for CM3’s growth and operations, as well as technical direction and mentorship for CM3 staff. Bruce enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring Ontario’s natural lands and waters.

Craig Lalonde

Project Manager

Craig Lalonde is an Environmental Health and Safety Scientist and Project Manager within the CM3 Environmental Health and Safety consulting team. With over 5 years of experience, Craig specializes in mould assessments, designated substance surveys, asbestos surveys, and abatement project consulting. He manages projects for CM3’s educational facility, property management, and institutional clients. Craig enjoys hockey, fishing, and camping.

Kris Snider

Kris Snider

Project Manager

Kris Snider is a Project Manager for CM3 Environmental Lands projects. With over 15 years of experience as a Senior Environmental Technician, Kris specializes in IAQ testing, phased environmental site assessments, and site remediation projects. He manages projects for property transactions, property managers, and educational facility clients. Kris is also a senior AutoCAD and soil vapor sampling technician. He enjoys golfing, hockey, and family time.

Karl Bilyj

Karl Bilyj

Project Manager

Karl Bilyj is a Senior Geoscientist and Senior Project Manager specializing in site assessment and remediation within CM3’s Environmental Lands consulting group. As a P.Geo and Qualified Person under Ontario Regulations 153/04 and 406/19, Karl brings over 25 years of experience in Phase I/II site assessments and remediation projects. He manages large, complex projects and mentors the environmental lands staff. Karl provides technical support, maintains CM3 quality standards, and offers hydrogeological input into Phase I and II ESAs, remediation, and D-4/D-5 projects. He enjoys cycling and spending time with his family.

Dave Morroz

Dave Morroz

Senior Partner

Dave Morroz is a Senior Partner and one of the original founders of CM3. As a Principal Consultant, Dave drives CM3’s Environmental Health and Safety consulting services, focusing on municipal, property management, and restoration/renovation and abatement contractors. With over 25 years of experience, Dave is a certified environmental technologist specializing in the assessment/abatement of designated substances, indoor air quality, and mould. He manages several standing offer agreements and provides peer review, technical direction, and mentorship for CM3’s environmental health and safety staff. Dave enjoys traveling, home renovations, and sports.
